Sindri Performance Solutions is led by Patrick Smith, a human performance improvement strategist and consultant with a decade of experience in Learning & Development, working for recognized law firms and fintech organizations.
He holds a Master of Science in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning from Boise State University, one of the nation's top programs in Human Performance Improvement. He has experience in every aspect of adult learning and adjacent fields: learning experience design, instructional design, technical training, UX design, LMS administration, and technical writing.
Patrick's career has been defined by a desire to dig deeper and find the best (not the easiest) solution to organizational challenges.

Meaning of Sindri
The name Sindri comes from Norse mythology. Sindri (also known as Eitri) was a master dwarf craftsman who along with his brother Brokkr forged Mjölnir and other legendary tools of the gods. The name reflects both a personal connection and a professional philosophy: the right tools, built with care and precision, amplify what people are capable of.
